Probably more in hope than expectation, but I think Arsenal do have a decent chance this year. Defensively they're pretty solid and that does generally help when grinding through games.

When I've watched Liverpool (and yes good side and Salah is on some run) but there have been a number of games where I think they've been a bit fortunate not to drop points. Maybe that balances out in the back half of the season, but it's Liverpool so likely they just get more fortunate.

As much as I don't want Liverpool winning it, if Arsenal end up second again after Man City finally drop off...is somewhat funny in it's own right.
