In response to the New Orleans terror attack during New Year's celebrations, President Joe Biden vowed to relentlessly pursue ISIS and other terrorist groups. The attacker, who showed support for ISIS in videos, killed 15 people and injured 35. The FBI confirmed no other involvement, and connections with a subsequent incident in Las Vegas are still under investigation.
