Police nabbed the main accused, Shivam Rai, in the double murder case in Narahi, Ballia, after an encounter. An illegal firearm and the murder weapon were recovered. The suspect confessed to the crime and was taken to a hospital. The incident initially caused a roadblock by angry locals.
