On the eve of the assembly elections announcement, PM Narendra Modi accused the Aam Aadmi Party-led Delhi government of widespread corruption over the last decade, citing scams in various sectors including liquor contracts, education, health, and pollution control. Modi also inaugurated several development projects worth over ₹4,500 crore in Delhi.
