Weekend Whipper: Brutal Fall Off Tall V10

Limited Edition (V10/7C+) is a mega classic boulder in Brione, Ticino, first climbed by Thomas Steinbrugger. Toru Kofukuda made it through the crux and nearly to the top, but he lost tension in his left heel hook and took a wild, swinging fall. Though Kofukuda had a crash pad placed directly beneath the boulder, his lateral swing caused him to miss the majority of it. Luckily he and his spotter were not seriously injured.
