From what I’ve seen the argument is that we’re going to be constantly improving the squad so Bielik may be sold as we improve. You said it yourself recently I believe, cashing in when his value is at its highest will be vital for having money to spend too (same goes for any ‘fringe’ player.
That's a different point I think though, isn't it.
If we get promotion to the Premiership I doubt very much whether we'll still have many of the current squad still on the books, so, yes, as we get better we'll need better players.....and we can make money on our sales for a change.
