'Rolling gun battle' leaves 2 victims in SE Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A heavy police presence swarmed a Southeast Portland neighborhood Tuesday night after a "rolling gun battle" erupted, police told KOIN 6 News.
The incident unfolded around 8:30 p.m. on SE 117th and Market, not far from Mills Park Elementary. Two people are considered victims, but police provided no further information.
Officials confirmed this incident is not connected to the elementary school.
