Despite a 45% reduction in her pay, Denise Coates, the UK's highest-paid woman, received £150 million in salary and dividends in 2024. This comes after Bet365, the online gambling firm she co-founded, reported a sharp rise in profits. Coates earned £94.7 million in salary and an additional £64 million in dividends, reflecting the company's strong financial performance. Bet365 also saw its revenue increase to £3.7 billion and a pre-tax profit of £596 million.
