Oil & Gas stocks led the gainers, with the sectoral index rising over 1.5 per cent. ONGC emerged as the top Nifty gainer, surging 3.04 per cent. Other major gainers included ITC (+1.94 per cent), Asian Paints (+1.91 per cent), Dr. Reddy’s (+1.74 per cent), and TCS (+1.66 per cent)
