The cold and breezy weather continues for Acadiana this Wednesday. Winds chills are back in the lower 20s to start the day, followed by highs only reaching near 47°. The difference today will be increasing clouds as skies turn mostly cloudy for the afternoon hours. Temperatures tonight will fall back into the lower 30s.
We're still on track for widespread rains late Thursday into Friday morning. Severe weather is not expected nor is any winter weather like snow or ice. Heavy rains are possible as much of Acadiana could receive 2" to 4" inches of rain.
