On Wednesday (January 8), the 46-year-old Dexter actress filed for divorce from the 45-year-old Superman Returns actor after more than 17 years of marriage.
Courtney cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. She did not list a date of separation.

She is also seeking spousal support and requested the court to not let Brandon seek spousal support from her.
Courtney and Brandon have not publicly addressed their divorce yet.
If you didn’t know, Brandon and Courtney previously shared the screen together in the TV series DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, which ran on The CW from 2016 to 2022.
