Celebrity mansions destroyed in horrific LA wildfires- Mandy Moore, Anna Faris, Miles Teller and more lose dream homes
THE Pacific Palisades, a haven for A-Lister types, has been hit by the horrific infernos with firefighters battling to get the blazes under control.
And some of Hollywood’s biggest names have lost their glitzy homes to the raging wildfires that are sweeping across Los Angeles as a result.
Parts of Sunset Boulevard have also been torched leaving one of the most iconic streets in the world reduced to smoking rubble.
A state of emergency has now been issued as the terrifying fires rip through Los Angeles with celebrities fleeing their homes.
A-listers who’ve had their homes burnt down include Leighton Meester and Adam Brody, actors John Goodman, Miles Teller and Anthony Hopkins and socialite Paris Hilton.
Mandy Moore
Actress Mandy Moore revealed her home has been burned to the ground.
She said in a social media post: “Grateful for the kindness of friends that we had a place to land last night. Trying to shield the kids from the immense sadness and worry I feel. Praying for everyone in our beautiful city. So gutted for the destruction and loss. Don’t know if our place made it. #eatonfire.”
But soon after the This Is Us star revealed that her home was no more.
The heartbroken star wrote to fans: “This is Altadena. Leveled. My sweet home. I am devastated and gutted for those of us who’ve lost so much. I’m absolutely numb.”
She continued: “My children’s school is gone. Our favorite restaurants, leveled. So many friends and loved ones have lost everything too.
“Our community is broken but we will be here to rebuild together. Sending love to all affected and on the front lines trying to get this under control.”
Anna Faris
Actress Anna Faris has also lost her $5million LA home in the blaze.
Anna bought her home in 2018 and lived there with her husband Michael Barrett.

But aerial photos now show the mansion completely razed to the ground with scorched trees and piles of rubble.
Miles Teller and wife Keleigh Teller
Actor Miles Teller and his wife Keleigh have also lost their home.
They bought their $7.5million mansion in April two years ago, and it went up in flames and got destroyed in the wildfires.
Keleigh shared a series of photos on Instagram of the blaze and of firefighters working to evacuate people and leave water behind for escaping animals.
The five-bed home, reportedly intended as a “secondary residence”, was reduced to a pile of ash.
Ricki Lake
Hairspray actress Ricki Lake shared a heartbreaking post after losing her home.
She and her husband Ross lost their “dream home” in the devastating Pacific Palisades fire.
Ricki posted a collage of 20 photos of her home.
She wrote: “I can’t believe I am typing these words. After a valiant and brave effort by our friend and hero @kirbykotler_ Ross and I lost our dream home.
“This description “dream home” doesn’t suffice. It was our heaven on earth. The place where we planned to grow old together.
“We never took our heavenly spot on the bluff overlooking our beloved malibu for granted, not even for one second. I shared our sunset views almost daily with all of you.
‘”This loss is immeasurable,” she said, adding that the home was also, “the spot where we got married 3 years ago.”
She said: “I grief along with all of those suffering during this apocalyptic event. Praying for all of my neighbors, my friends, my community, the animals, the firefighters and first responders.”
The star uploaded a series of photos of their beautiful home, including memories they’d made there over the years.
Paris Hilton
Paris Hilton’s impressive beachfront pad in Malibu also fell victim to the fires.
Malibu was hit on Tuesday night as the infernos gathered speed and spread across the region.
The socialite’s mansion was one of many to be razed – although it is reportedly not her main residence.
Insiders told TMZ on Wednesday that it was “burnt to a crisp”.
Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag
Reality couple Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag – who met on The Hills in the noughties – have been one of those who have had their home destroyed.
They’ve been keeping their fans in the loop on social media, with Heidi sharing her devastation through tearful videos.
Sources told TMZ that their family home was burnt to the ground after catching fire this week.
Thankfully, the pair and their two sons were able to safely evacuate earlier in the day, and were not there when the blaze broke out.
However, the family are said to be “distraught” by the loss of their beloved home.
Spencer filmed firefighters’ attempting to contain the blaze with an airplane dropping water on a nearby mountain.
The couple join other celebrities like Mark Hamill and Travis Barker‘s children who have all been evacuated.
Adam Brody and Leighton Meester
Married actors Leighton Meester and Adam Brody’s mansion was reduced to smoking rubble.
The couple lived in their home with their two young children.
The $7million home was engulfed in flames just a couple of days after the pair appeared together at the Golden Globe Awards.
They lived in the vast home together since 2019, and the mansion boasts five bedrooms.
Chilling pictures showed its roof completely vanished and the walls eroded by flames, with plumes of black smoke pouring from what was left of the building.
Melissa Rivers
Melissa Rivers admitted her home had been “tragically destroyed” as she posted a statement.
The TV host’s post read: “My family and I have safely evacuated, and we are deeply grateful to be unharmed.
“I am heartbroken by the devastation caused by the fires, which have tragically destroyed my home.
“I want to express my profound gratitude to the courageous firefighters and first responders who are tirelessly risking their lives to protect our communities and save lives.”
Billy Crystal
Famous actor Billy Crystal’s home was reduced only to his tennis courts after the raging fires.
Chilling aerial pics showed the entire home vanished amid piles of smoking rubble.
Next to it lies the browned tennis courts that once bordered his impressive mansion.
The actor said: “Janice and I lived in our home since 1979.
“We raised our children and grandchildren here. Every inch of our house was filled with love. Beautiful memories that can’t be taken away.
“We are heartbroken of course but with the love of our children and friends we will get through this.”
