Syrma SGS has partnered with Taiwanese brand MSI to assemble laptops in their Chennai facility. This phased manufacturing approach will begin with technology transfer. The collaboration supports India's production-linked incentive scheme and aims to strengthen the country's manufacturing ecosystem. Companies now require a license to import PCs into India.
