Sedan driver killed in fatal Tigard crash identified

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- The driver of a sedan who was killed in a crash with a Ford F-150 in the Tigard area has been identified, police said.
The Dec. 30 crash, which happened just after midnight on HWY 99 at Southwest Canterbury Lane, killed 21-year-old Hayden Hackney, according to Tigard police.
There were two people in the pickup at the time of the crash — Jason Burgess and his juvenile son, authorities said.
While neither were hurt in the crash, Burgess, 44, was arrested for manslaughter, DUII alcohol, reckless endangerment and reckless driving.
Burgess was booked into the Washington County Jail.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
