Outdoors: Have fun on ice and in woods but be safe

With temperatures dropping in typical mid-January fashion, many anxious ice anglers were finally able to strap on their cleats and pop up shanties from East Harbor State Park in Lakeside Marblehead to Michigan’s Saginaw Bay and beyond.
