The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has authorized Tejashwi Yadav to decide the party's strategy for the Bihar assembly elections. At the national executive meeting attended by senior leaders including Lalu Prasad, resolutions empowering Yadav were passed. Yadav emphasized strengthening the party organization and criticized Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's recent remarks on women's attire, calling for a new, developed Bihar.
