Amber Connect, based in Jamaica, is set to open an innovation centre in Coimbatore, investing USD 1.6 million. The company plans to hire 1,000 employees over the next two years for varied roles. They aim to increase their market share in India by partnering with leading automotive OEMs and distributors. The facility will build vehicle telematics software for global export.
