I read this to mean a ST holder could purchase today irrespective of attending any other cup games, clearly not the case as I can't purchase today. Who ever is writing the press release, could have written, ST holders who have also attended the cup games etc. The way it was written just made it ambiguous!!!
Priority 3 – Friday 31 January at 9am
Season Ticket Holders who did not attend the Lincoln City, Emirates FA Cup Third-Round tie or any Cup games this season will be able to purchase their regular seat for this fixture.
I can well understand why anyone reading the press release would imagine that the clearly expressed dates don't apply to them.
