Person loses fingers in bloody incident in the Bronx: FDNY
CROTONA, The Bronx (PIX11) – A person was rushed to the hospital after an incident that left them amputated and bloody, fire officials say.
The incident happened at East 178th Street and Southern Boulevard in the Bronx just after 11:30 a.m., according to the fire department.

Investigators are still looking into what may have happened and whether this may have been the result of an attack.
The person was rushed to the hospital but their condition was not immediately made clear.
