Morgan City Church evacuated after 3 students become ill

MORGAN CITY, La. (KLFY) - Holy Cross Catholic Church was evacuated Wednesday morning after students became ill during the church service.
The students from Central Catholic Elementary were at the early morning service when the 3 students became ill. The building was evacuated as a precautionary measure. The air quality was checked while Acadian Ambulance checked on the people attending.
After an investigation, all buildings were deemed to be safe for teachers and students to return. The students are reported to be in good condition.
