Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced a Rs 15,000 crore 'SWAMIH Fund-2' for completing 1 lakh units in stalled housing projects. This follows the success of the initial SWAMIH Fund, which completed 50,000 units and aims to complete an additional 40,000 by 2025.
