A 56-year-old man named Murugavel was arrested for killing his wife's lover, Muniyandi, at Vadugankalipalayam village in Coimbatore district. Muniyandi had an affair with Murugavel's wife, Sumithra. After finding Muniyandi at his home, Murugavel stabbed him. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Muniyandi was declared dead. Police are investigating the incident.
