Marcus was taken into custody and booked at the Orange County Jail.
A snap of him looking unhappy in his mugshot has started to circulate on social media.
Marcus, whose bond was set at $4,000, has yet to comment on his arrest.
His booking comes just seven months after he was seen appearing to snort a mystery white powder.
He was seen putting the powder to his left nostril while on holiday in the south of France with his pals.
Marcus’ apparent partying ways was a key factor in the deterioration of his relationship with Larsa Pippen – the ex-wife of his dad’s former Chicago Bulls team-mate Scottie.
