It holds assets of nearly £1million, according to submitted accounts.
Bonneville, 61, and Williams, 57, split up in 2023 after 25 years of marriage.
They have a son, 23-year-old Felix.
Hugh moved out of the family’s West Sussex mansion following their split.
The star, who played the Earl of Grantham in Downton, said of her: “Lulu’s priority has been to be a bedrock for Felix and me and I’m completely indebted to her.”
The couple met as teenagers but their romance blossomed after they reconnected later in life.
Paddington In Peru star Hugh once said: “Lulu was running a marquee company… my mother rang her to hire some chairs or something and said, ‘Do you remember Hugh?’ and that was how we reconnected.
Bonneville is currently dating vegan influencer Heidi Kadlecova.
