Plea deal reached in Baby Moses case
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Albany County District Attorney's Office said the woman responsible for the 1997 death of Baby Moses has accepted a plea deal.
Keri Mazzuca is expected to appear in court on Thursday to accept the plea. She was arrested 27 years after a deceased baby boy was found under the Moses Statue in Washington Park.
DNA linked her to the case. She was charged with second degree murder, concealment of a human corpse, and tampering with physical evidence.
