Lessenberry: Michigan is behind in rail service

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Robert Walsh, a man fighting hard to improve Michigan’s railroads, has had a long and colorful career. He’s lived in Saudi Arabia and set up telecommunications facilities in the Middle East for the U.S. Army and Aramco.
