Best Story of Your Week 2025
I've been training for a marathon happening this Sunday. That has led to neglecting leg strength and speed work. I had been planning on doing strength, power, and speed work right after the race. During my longest training run I ended up with a lot a patellar and quadriceps tendon pain so I started mixing in a little bit of strength work and my indoor bike cross training changed resistance instead of speed.
