Reserves drop points after taking 2-0 lead

AFTER leading 2-0 at half-time, league leaders Colwyn Bay were held to a 3-3 draw by fourth-placed Llanrwst United in their latest fixture in the FAW Reserve League North West.

Two goals in the last five minutes of the first half, from Sam Parry and Max McGoona put the Bay in strong position at half-time, but Llanrwst pulled level in the second half with goals from Chris Nicholson and Aaron Hughes.

Sam Parry then got his second goal of the game to put Colwyn Bay 3-2 up on 74 minutes only for Cian Hughes to equalise nine minutes from the end.
