Kroy Biermann Files for Divorce from Kim Zolciak for Third Time

Kroy Biermann has filed for divorce from Kim Zolciak…again.

Due to recently selling their Georgia mansion, the former couple jointly dismissed their divorce in Fulton County and the 39-year-old former pro football player filed again in Cobb County.

Kim and Kroy first filed for divorce against each other in May 2023, but soon called it off as they attempted to work on their marriage. However, Kroy filed again in August 2023.

Since then, the former Bravo stars’ relationship has been full of legal drama with the police making multiple visits to the now-sold Fulton County home they lived in together. After selling the house, the two no longer live together.

The pair is also reportedly in a ton of debt, with Kroy accusing Kim of having a gambling addiction, which she has vehemently denied.

Kim and Kroy married back in 2011 and share four children: Kroy Jr., 13, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11. Kroy adopted Kim‘s two older daughters, Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23.
