The Eagles have seemingly cleared up all that White House visit confusion, per a report

After some confusion and conflicting reports regarding whether the Philadelphia Eagles would visit the White House to celebrate their 2025 Super Bowl victory over the Kansas City Chiefs, the team seemingly provided some clarity on Monday.

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, a team source said the Eagles would be “honored” to accept an invitation to the White House. The source also appeared to confirm that an invitation has not yet been extended.

Earlier this month, a report from The Sun indicated that the team wouldn’t accept an invitation. After no updated reporting, Front Office Sports offered on Monday that there is no invitation yet to decline and that an NFL source foresaw the Eagles accepting one if offered.

When Philadelphia won the Super Bowl following the 2017 season during President Donald Trump’s first term, it was invited to the White House but was later disinvited after reports indicated that only a few players would attend, according to Business Insider.

While this doesn’t confirm an Eagles visit to the White House is going to happen, it appears that the only obstacle to such a visit is an invitation from the president.
