Gensol Engineering has agreed to sell its US subsidiary, Scorpius Trackers Inc, for Rs 350 crore to a major US renewable energy firm. The transaction includes transferring global IP rights, except for India. The deal supports Gensol’s strategy to reinvest in India’s renewable energy market while enhancing its financial position, with completion expected by March 2026.
