DVAC officials searched AIADMK MLA Amman K Arjunan's house in Coimbatore, investigating him and his wife for allegedly accumulating illegitimate assets worth Rs 2.75 crores. Arjunan claimed political vendetta. Assets were found in the names of family members, including investments in a company. Supporters gathered, and AIADMK leaders assured backing.
