A WOMAN has shared how she has ultra toned legs at the age of 59 thanks to some very easy tricks.

Gina Drewalowski shared how her simple tips can lead you to having beautiful legs “at any age.”

On her @ginadrewalowski account, she posed in a beautiful blue dress which accentuated her lean limbs.

Showing off her confidence, she then strutted down a street in hot pants and heels.

Gina shared with her followers: “Are you ready to unlock the secret to toned legs—even at 59?

“I’m 59, and my legs are a true statement of strength, self-love, and power! Here are my top three tips to keep your legs beautiful and fit at any age.”

Helpfully the TikTok user then showed off how she achieves her eye-popping pins.

Her first piece of advice was unsurprisingly to do regular leg workouts. 

She shared: “Squats, lunges, and step-ups are my daily go-to moves. 

“They target my muscles and boost my energy every day.”

Next up, Gina swears by doing daily stretching and yoga for flexibility.

She added that this keeps her “muscles supple” and staying flexible is “a must for preventing injuries.”

Finally, she said that having balanced nutrition and hydration is key.

Gina explained: “A vitamin-rich diet combined with plenty of water ensures my skin glows and my legs stay well-nourished.

“Beautiful legs know no age—and I live this lifestyle every single day!”

Many people were impressed and rushed to the comments to share their views.

One said: “She looks gorgeous.”

As well as sharing three leg exercises, fitness instructor Jenny Francis-Townson explained why there are two reasons why the legs can be such a tricky area to train.

The first is that your legs contain some of the biggest muscles in the body, and the bigger the muscles, the more effort needed to make changes.

The second is that there are lots of different muscles that make up the legs, so it’s key to know which exercises to choose to target the areas where you want to make changes.

As well as this, before you start any new workout regime to slim down your legs, you need to consider a few other key points.

To really see your legs slim down, lifestyle changes may be necessary to help you lose body fat.

The best way to do this is to have a look at your diet and consider reducing your sugar intake, highly processed foods like crisps, pastries and takeaways, and also try to move more and sit still less throughout the day.

Making these healthy choices will help you lose unwanted body fat from your legs and allow you to start working on exercises to target the muscles more effectively.
