Gracie Abrams Cancels Brussels Show of 'The Secret of Us Tour,' Reason Why Revealed

Sad news for Gracie Abrams fans hoping to see her perform in Brussels.

The 25-year-old “That’s So True” singer was scheduled to perform at the Forest National in Brussels, Belgium on Friday (February 28) while on her The Secret of Us Tour.

However, the night before the show, Gracie announced that she has been forced to cancel the show.

Keep reading to find out more…In a handwritten note shared on her Instagram Story, Gracie revealed that she had to cancel the show due to a “gnarly” sickness.

“Brussels, First thing I have to say is that I love you with my whole heart and I have been so looking forward to being together in your beautiful city,” Gracie started. “My body has been fighting off something gnarly for the past week and despite doing everything in my power to keep it contained, it has gotten to the point where all medical advice I’ve received says I cannot perform and need to rest.”

She continued, “At this point in time I can’t give you the show you deserve and that breaks my heart, especially knowing all the travel and the planning and the care that you put into attending our shows. You make it all so magical and that is what I want to give back to you as soon as we can be together again.”

“We are working to figure this out and will follow up with further information as quickly as possible,” the Grammy-nominated singer added. “Our every intention is to make this right and I promise we’ll be in touch as soon as we have concrete details.”

Gracie concluded, “I’m so grateful for your support and your understanding. I miss you and I love you very much.”

Another singer also just canceled their concert due to an illness.
