Jack Whitehall shocks BRITs crowd with huge swipe at Simon Cowell and makes cruel joke about KSI and Stephen Hawking
JACK Whitehall kicked off the Brit Awards this evening with a series of outrageous jokes about his fellow celebrities.
The 36-year-old targeted everyone from Simon Cowell to Liberty X as he returned to host the ceremony after four years.
Jack started by making a joke about the amount of ITV who have been cancelled recently – saying: “ITV had so many cancelled presenters had to come crawling back to ex.”
One of his first jokes was about Stormzy as he poked fun at claims the rapper has sold out after teaming up with a fast food brand.
He said: “We didn’t send him a limo this evening, we delivered him here – it’s Stormzy. The grime scene’s Ronald McDonald – he’s loving it.”
The comedian moved on, saying: “The guy who will have a go at literally anything. YouTuber, boxer, energy drink, rapper. Yes he’s drink is Prime, his music is slightly past it’s prime, KSI.
“He’s a Britain’s Got Talent judge now as well. I love that, KSI judging talent. That is like Stephen Hawking judging Strictly.”
The audience could be seen gasping as Bruno Tonioli laughed beside KSI.
Next he turned to Jade, telling everyone: “She’s ditched the surname, her bandmates and her old record label, in doing so wiping the smile of Simon Cowell’s latest face. Jade will be here.”
