Valerie Bertinelli is confirming her breakup from ex Mike Goodnough, four months after news broke that they split.
The 64-year-old TV personality was in a long-distance relationship with Mike, who is 10 years younger than her, as they live on different coasts. News of their split was reported back in November after less than a year of dating.
Now, Valerie has written a sweet message to break silence on the split.

“I met the @therealhoarse in person a year ago today and I am irreversibly changed by him for the better. I know I am becoming a much stronger and more benevolent human for having met him and spent time with him,” she began.

And he’s been a big part of helping me heal from some old childhood wounds I never knew what to do with or even where to start.”
