Syrian president signs constitutional declaration, launches five-year transition

ISTANBUL: Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa has signed a draft constitutional declaration, setting the framework for a five-year transitional period aimed at reshaping the country’s political structure, Anadolu Ajansi (AA) reported.
