Morgan Wallen Explains the Real Story Behind His Abrupt 'SNL' Exit
Morgan Wallen is speaking out about his sudden exit from the Saturday Night Live stage after acting as their musical guest a few months back.
If you don’t remember, the 31-year-old country music star made headlines after abruptly exiting the stage at the end of Saturday Night Live on Saturday (March 29).
During the moment, he seemingly said something to host Mikey Madison before giving her a one-armed hug and heading for the exit as the rest of the cast stayed on stage, as is customary for every episode during the ending credits roll.
During his appearance on “Sundae Conversations with Caleb Pressley,” he was asked by the host, “Seriously, SNL, did they make you mad?

Morgan responded, “No, no, I was just ready to go home. I’d been there all week.”
Caleb also mentioned Morgan‘s “Get me to God’s country” Instagram Story that he posted shortly after his abrupt departure from SNL.
Morgan didn’t have much to say in response to that, just added, “Yeah” while smiling.
