Club Regatta - Bar Staff Required Please - by: Paul Kelley


Dear Members, as you will likely be aware, the club has programmed a summer family fun regatta this year, programmed over the weekend of the 5/6th of July . Planning and organisational aspects are well underway . There will be live music on the Saturday night, with food and refreshments available. With regards to the availability of and service of refreshments, we are looking for members to kindly volunteer in supporting the bar rota for the evening . There will be five shifts of 60 minutes duration ( maximum ) and to cover each shift, we have anticipated that we will need a minimum of three/four members per shift . Pleased note, payment for all drinks will be made by card, using the club’s swipe payment terminal only .

The organising committee would indeed be extremely grateful to members for their kind help in supporting the event and to reiterate, for your reassurance, each shift will be no longer than 60 minutes duration . If you would like to volunteer, please do contact myself via my contacts below . I have indicated the rota programme for members to consider which shift will, we hope, be most preferable .

The bar will open at 1800 and will close at 2300 . 

Bar Rota Shifts - 1800, 1900, 2000, 2100, 1000 ( 1100 Bar closes )
