Tata Steel announced a Rs 303.13 crore bonus payout for its employees for the 2024-25 financial year, following an agreement with the Tata Workers' Union. For Jamshedpur divisions, Rs 152.44 crore will be distributed among 11,446 employees. The minimum and maximum bonus amounts are set at Rs 39,004 and Rs 3,92,213, respectively.
