Is it right the architect is appointed this month? And how does that process work as ive heard we are down to the last 3 bidders,do the bidders have to pay the club to bid and what would that cost be?

Nick Smith's last update did suggest October was the plan but these things can be subject to change. I think he also said they were down to five architects at that point competing for the final design.

He said it's a paid competition, I assume we pay the winner
