Official: Juventus confirm 22-man squad to take on Milan
Igor Tudor has named a squad of 22 Juventus players to take on Milan in Sunday’s headline Serie A fixture, and has given a first-team call-up to 21-year-old Next Gen centre-back Pedro Felipe in the absence of Gleison Bremer.
Juventus host Milan at the Allianz Arena, scheduled to kick off at 19.45 BST on Sunday evening.
You can follow the action as it unfolds on the Football Italia Liveblog.
Bremer is the most notable absentee for the Bianconeri on Sunday. He has been training individually over the last few days and has not been called up to play against Milan. The Old Lady are also without Juan Cabal, Fabio Miretti and Arkadiusz Milik.
With Bremer unavailable, there is a call-up for 21-year-old Brazilian centre-back Pedro Felipe, who has been based with the Next Gen side since joining Juventus from Palmeiras in the winter.
Otherwise, there are few surprises regarding Tudor’s selections. Francisco Conceicao is fresh off a man-of-the-match substitute appearance against Villarreal in the Champions League midweek, and is in line to start against Milan in Serie A.
Kenan Yildiz is expected to start alongside the Portuguese in attack. Pre-match reports suggest that Jonathan David is in line to start at centre-forward over Dusan Vlahovic or Lois Openda.
