Paradeep Phosphates Limited has announced its merger with Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited. This strategic move will be effective from October 16, 2025. The combined entity will see its fertiliser production capacity grow by 23 percent to 3.7 million tonnes annually. This merger significantly strengthens Paradeep Phosphates' market presence across India, particularly in the southern region.
