Food safety officials in Ranchi fined seven shop owners Rs 75,000 for violating regulations during surprise checks in Bundu. Approximately 40 kg of ladoos containing industrial coloring agents were seized and destroyed. The inspections aim to prevent food adulteration during the festive season.
