Real Housewives of Potomac's Wendy Osefo Breaks Social Media Silence After Arrest

Wendy Osefo is speaking out directly for the first time following her arrest earlier this month.

The 41-year-old Real Housewives of Potomac star took to Instagram on Sunday afternoon, marking the first time she has spoken out herself and not through a rep.

“And through it all, GOD remains faithful. Thank you for the outpouring of love, support, and prayers for myself and most importantly my family during this time. We are forever grateful????????,” Wendy captioned a couple of photos on her account. She also added a tune in for tonight’s new episode of the Bravo reality show.

Wendy‘s husband Eddie, who was also arrested earlier this month for fraud, spoke out for the first time as well.

He shared a family photo of them at the Empire State Building, sharing a bible verse, “‘Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight’. Proverbs 3:5-6″

Wendy is reportedly facing 16 charges, including seven felonies, for allegedly making false/misleading info fraud in excess of $300. She’s also facing one misdemeanor count of making a false statement to an officer.

Since the arrest, Wendy‘s episode of Wife Swap was pulled from Bravo’s schedule and she was fired from her teaching job.
