Strong thunderstorms caused big power outages in Houston and nearby areas. Many people lost electricity as CenterPoint and Entergy worked to fix the damage. Some parts of Texas and Louisiana were also affected by the bad weather. Crews are trying to bring power back soon once the weather becomes safe.
