The Election Commission of India is set to announce a nationwide Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls, a process aimed at updating voter lists. Opposition parties, however, are questioning its timing and intent, alleging it's a BJP-led effort to manipulate voter lists and remove opposition supporters.
