India’s mutual fund equity inflows fell 19% month-on-month, led by outflows in large-, mid-, and small-cap funds, said Suranjana Borthakur, Head of Distribution & Strategic Alliances, Mirae Asset Investment Managers. However, SIP flows stayed strong above ₹29,500 crore, while investors shifted toward hybrid, passive, and gold funds amid market volatility, profit booking, and rising preference for diversified, stable investments.
