Global firms Tishman Speyer and Axis Commercial Real Estate Fund are joining forces with Kasturi Housing. They will develop a Rs 1,700 crore commercial and IT office project in Pune's Balewadi. This venture will create approximately 1 million sq ft of premium office space. Tishman and Axis will hold a combined 50% stake in the development.
