Ray J's Mom Responds to Commenter Saying She Raised 'Terrible Son' After His Arrest
Ray J‘s mom is defending her son.
On Thursday morning (November 27), the 44-year-old rapper, whose real name is William Ray Norwood Jr., was arrested during a livestream, where he allegedly pulled on a gun on estranged wife Princess Love.
Later that day, his mom Sonja B. Norwood fired back at a Facebook user that called Ray J a “terrible son.”
Keep reading to find out more…In honor of Thanksgiving, Sonja wrote on Facebook, “I hope each of you had a grateful Thanksgiving. The day started a little rough, but we had a good family Thanksgiving. Love ya’ll, we’re back on the road tomorrow. Detroit! See you soon!”
Sonja – who is currently on tour with daughter Brandy and Monica – completed with post with a heart emoji and the hashtags “Family First” and “The Boy Is Mine Tour.”
Then in the comment section, one person wrote, “You raised a terrible son. Happy Holidays!”
In response, Sonja wrote back, “Sorry but I don’t think so.”
The user replied, “You think pulling guns and tossing women in pools is a good representation of the man you raised. Well, I hope I do better by mine.”
As of right now, Sonja has not written back.
